2018 Virginia Rose / $18                                                                      

Nose: Pink grapefruit, apples, honeysuckle
Taste: White peach & apple with warm, smooth finish

Pairing: Waldorf salad, chicken (any recipe), sushi or Thai      

Winemaker notes: 100% Cab Franc, 36 hours on the skins


2017 Estate Viognier  / $26                                                  

Nose: White peach, honeysuckle & pear

Taste: Smooth, round mouth feel. Peach with orange peel on the finish   

Pairing: Eggs Benedict, white fish, lightly spiced chicken, artichoke bruschetta, Margarita pizza

Winemaker notes: Barrel fermented neutral oak 10 months, 100% Estate grown, Silver Medal 2019 VA Governor’s cup


2017 Estate Chardonnay / $24                                            

Nose: Honeysuckle, peach, orange blossom

Taste: White peach, pear and a bit of lemon tartness

Pairing: White pizza, roasted chicken, quiche, mac-n-cheese

Winemaker notes: Barrel fermented 25% new oak for

9 months, 100% Estate grown


2017  Cycle 76 / $20                                                               

Nose: Tropical fruit with a hint of banana

Taste: Lots of peach with a bit of juicy watermelon

Pairing: Baked Brie, shrimp & grits or apple pie

Winemaker notes: Pinot Gris, stainless steel fermentation.


Middle Fork White / $20        

Nose: Honeysuckle and pineapple

Taste: Complex blend of almond, apricot & honey with a grapefruit finish

Pairing: Bruschetta, antipasto, glazed ham or chicken, fresh strawberry pie

Winemaker notes: Late harvest Pinot Gris, barrel fermented Viognier & Chardonnay, touch of Petit Manseng


2017 Petit Manseng - dessert wine / $22

Note: Granny smith apples, ripe pear & apricot

Taste: Pear, apricot & apple with a sweet tart finish

Pairing: Thai dishes, Waldorf salad, cheesecake, baked apples

Winemaker Notes: 9 months neutral oak, 6% RS




2015 Merlot / $26

Nose: Plum, dark cherry & leather

Taste: Black cherry with a white pepper, smooth lingering finish

Pairing: Eggplant parmesan, pot roast with carrots & onions, steak with dry rub, chocolate and Netflix

Winemaker Notes: 100% Merlot, French oak for 20 months oak, 30% new oak, Silver Medal 2019 VA Governor’s cup


2016 Rivanna Red / $26

Nose: Vanilla, deep red cherry

Taste: Spicy dark cherry, smooth full tannins

Pairing: Steak, roasted veggies, loaded pizza, s’mores with friends

Winemaker Notes: Bordeaux-style blend of 25% Cab Franc, 25% Cab Sauvignon & 25% Merlot, 25% Petit Verdot, French oak for 20 Months 


2015 Meritage / $32

Nose: Baking spices & berry

Taste: Layered taste with black cherry & long, rich finish

Pairing: Spicy crab, Gruyere burger, lamb stew, black bean chili

Winemaker Notes: Bordeaux-style blend of 25% Cab Franc, 20% Cab Sauvignon, 30% Merlot & 25% Petit Verdot, French oak for 20 months, Silver Medal 2019 VA Governor’s cup


2016 Estate Petite Verdot / $32

Nose: Berries, vanilla & leather

Taste: Smooth taste of cherries, berries & plums mixed with baking spices—let it linger

Pairing: Steak, Pork loin, baked Brie, black bean chili

Winemaker notes: 100% Estate grown, French oak (30% new) for 23 months


2015 Cabernet Sauvignon / $38

Nose: Rich vanilla, dark cherry & a walk in the woods

Taste: Berry explosion with baking spices & a hint of caramel

Pairing: Parmesan everything, sausage & peppers, cheese lasagna, chocolate!

Winemaker Notes: French oak (25% new) for 18 months, 100% Cab Sauvignon, Silver Medal 2019 VA Governor’s cup


2017 Herd Dog Red / $22

Nose: Dark berries, herbs, pepper & spices

Taste: Berries & plums with white pepper & zesty long finish

Pairing: Portobello or beef burgers, lamb gyros, hearty stew, cheese lasagna, mild cheeses, dark chocolate brownies

Winemaker Notes:  French oak (10% new) for 8 months, 100% Cab Franc, sourced from CCW & Roanoke area vineyard
